• Svetol Green Coffee (Coffea canephora robusta Pierre): The main active ingredient in green coffee, chlorogenic acid, has been shown to reduce blood glucose levels and increase insulin sensitivity. Its ability of promote fat loss, while increasing lean body mass is the subject of several studies.
• Green Tea (Camellia sinensis): Green Tea is a rich source of catechins, shown to stimulate thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Green tea extract also contains caffeine, another ingredient with acknowledged thermogenic properties. Green tea has also been used to limit weight regain after weight loss.
