Promensil Menopause is a patented, clinically researched red clover formula containing 40mg of isoflavones, and is one of the most scientifically studied natural products for women's health, worldwide. Promensil Menopause is intended as a follow on formula to help to support healthy bone density and cardiovascular health in the post-menopausal phase. This product can also be used as a first line option for women with less frequent and severe hot flashes/flushes and other symptoms.

Isoflavones are phytoestrogens (plant oestrogens) with a chemical structure similar to natural human oestrogen. Red clover contains four of the most powerful isoflavones which act similarly to the body’s own oestrogen and when consumed in adequate quantities (>40mg daily) can mimic some of oestrogens beneficial effects in the target tissues which include the brain, bones, heart and vagina aiding women suffering from menopausal symptoms and helping to maintain bone and heart health.
