Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of Orders:
If you place an order and then decide to cancel it you must place a phone call to us immediately on 64-9-445-8247 International or 09-445-8247 New Zealand.
Unfortunately e-mail messages are not always received timely and sometimes not at all. Please make sure that you are sure of your purchase before placing your order as we are not responsible if we have processed your order and have not received your cancellation request.
If your telephone cancellation is not received before your order is processed we will consider, at our discretion, refunding your payment on the following conditions:
That the goods have been returned to us at your own expense in saleable condition.
That you wait until we have received the goods before processing your refund.
That you accept a 15% re-stocking fee.
For orders received, that we are unable to fill we will contact you with an explanation and then refund your credit card inside 48 hours.
