Dr Ohhira's Probiotics are a vegetable food containing mushrooms, herbs, fruits and seaweeds as ingredients that are naturally fermented for 5 years using beneficial bacteria from traditional fermented foods in Southeast Asia
Dr Ohhira's Probiotics feature: Lactic acid bacteria which have Probiotic effects; Beneficial components produced by lactic acid during fermentation process providing Biogenic effects; Mushrooms, herbs, fruits and seaweeds providing Prebiotic effects, and Antioxidant activity.
This combination provides 12 strains of Live Lactic Acid Bacteria, 18 Amino Acids, 10 Vitamins, 8 Minerals, and 4 Organic Acids. It has a vegetable Capsule and is Gluten free and Dairy free.
Directions: Take 2-5 soft gel capsules daily with water
